    Old description (updated 10 years ago as of 2017): The world famous Isla Vista Deli-Mart where friendly owner Mike and his father, Sam serve up smiles and some of the best sandwiches and shwarma on the central coast. Also the best place to buy hooka supplies in town with the best prices and selection by far. The homemade hummus is great! They also own Jerusalem Gardens, also in Isla Vista.

    Gaffney Park is only the left side of the walkway that traverses the diagram. Everything to the right is Sea Lookout Park, sometimes referred to as "Dog Shit Park" due to it off leash status
